I just read where Don Everley, of The Everley Brothers Country Pop Duo, passed away at the age of 84. I remember slow-dancing to this song with my high school sweetheart (married 54 years now!). What are dreams, really? Well, night-time dreams are weird, to put it mildly. But day-dreaming is a good thing and I’ll tell you why I believe that. Dreams look into the future. They don’t dwell on past mistakes. They give me something to focus on as a long-term goal. They keep me “alive” in wanting to challenge myself to see if that dream can be attained. God knows our hopes and dreams and He loves for us to talk to Him about them. They fill our lives with hope and they strengthen our faith. So….”dream, dream, dream….”
