I don’t like to be judged. Often, it’s because someone has found me out. I know I had it coming, but I still don’t like it to come from another person. Even those closest to me. Especially those closest to me. So what do we do? The Golden Rule says treat others the way you want to be treated. No judgement. What right does another have to judge me. What right do I have to judge someone else? Let’s start there. We haven’t walked a mile in their shoes. We don’t know all the facts. We don’t know their motivation. Often, we are just trying to make ourselves feel superior by judging them….and vice-versa. Our cover-up didn’t work. Let’s all work on that!
