Get in the habit

Habits can be good or bad. We generally develop them to provide continuity in our life because surprises aren’t always good. Whose advice are we following – a wise person or someone who pushes us in the direction they are going – to everyone’s demise? A person with good habits is usually trustworthy – their advice is golden. Other’s bad habits, and ours, can annoy the very people we care about. Good habits help us through afflictions and disappointments. When a friend’s bad habits are steering them toward an accident, we must intervene – and we need our friends to do the same for us. We need to be balanced in our responses to life. Good habits live in truth.
