It seems as if many people are quick to protest but are unwilling to work together to solve the real problem. They yell and scream but are nowhere around when the work needs to be done. Now what? First, we should break down the task into smaller parts and organize them chronologically. If you can find help, organize the various tasks around those with the strength in that particular area. Build your team by focusing on those most eager. You can develop a team spirit by accomplishing the first task quickly to give everyone the confidence that the end result is possible. Be sure to call out and praise exceptional and selfless attitudes. It will inspire others to excel as well.
