Self improvement is a misnomer. However we got into the mess we’re in, it took awhile. We are the way we are because it’s the way we have wanted it. So where will the power to change come from? Not from inside this weak mind, body and soul. The transformation needs a new power source, one that comes from surrendering our lives to God. It’s God that is prompting us to want change in our life. He will respond if we turn the work over to Him. If we had the power ourselves, we would have done this long ago.
