I’m often guilty of placing blame when something goes wrong. Usually the problem can be traced back to anyone involved. This is because when we saw the obstacles appearing in front of us we didn’t all resolve to find a solution rather than lay blame. This is true, not only with us ordinary people, but with world leaders. Wars break out because both sides did not sit down and find common ground to avoid death and destruction. In our lives we can learn to be more diplomatic, using that analogy. Like it or not, we are all leaders of some part of the project and either we lead from using our strength and that of others – or we help break down progress. Then we are part of the problem.
