We’ve all heard of criminals who were later found to have really done the crime having earlier been released from jail on a legal technicality. It’s kind of like when we think that our little sins don’t really matter because we’re forgiven anyway – right? That’s not how it works – being forgiven is really more than just a legal condition. Moses brought God’s law but Jesus brought God’s grace. But faith without action is dead. Grace is life-giving.
