In Matthew 23:1-3, he is recounting what Jesus said about the Pharisees: they sit in Moses’ seat and we must follow the laws and rules, but do not do what they do, because they do not practice what they preach. Everything they do is done for people to see. Sound familiar? Our political leaders come out with all these demands and policies, but when it comes to them and their families, they get a pass. We need to change out those kind of leaders.
