During a pandemic, it’s important to live a balanced life. Keep your mind sharp by staying abreast of current local and world matters and new scientific knowledge. Don’t suppress your emotions – share your feelings and worries with loved ones. For your body, eat healthy and exercise regularly. Go for walks a few times each week, get fresh air and sunshine. Keep your soul strong by giving yourself time each day to be in God’s Word and to pray. Serve your community, so that you bring mercy to others who are hurting financially or emotionally. Take control of what you can control and trust the Lord for the rest.
