So often, we find ourselves out of patience waiting for something to happen – some resolution of a problem we have. We may even be suffering mentally or physically and the solution or cure has not come yet. The pain may even be almost unbearable and the cause of it may have been totally out of our influence. The bible is full of stories of God’s people enduring decades of suffering. Life today is replete with such examples. This is a broken world where disease and disasters occur daily. It’s not the end of the story. God doesn’t have stopwatch on the world. His plan is being worked out day by day – and we know the end of the story. Be patient!
