Every day there is some new horrible event or trend that appears somewhere in the world. Why does God allow it? Why doesn’t He just clean it up? Well, it’s because the “world culture” is man-created (and He gave man free choice, right?) God won’t even try to compete with the clutter of garbage in the world. His Kingdom, however, is another reality. He is the King and the Ruler of His Kingdom. He helps us through our messy and unpredictable lives when we simply turn to Him in faith. He will even warn us when we are travelling astray of His plan for our lives. We need to heed those warnings…and we need to hold our loved ones, including friends, accountable when they wander off.
