I remember countless times I didn’t feel completely ready for a key business appointment, even though I had done all the prep work. Why? I couldn’t predict exactly how the other side would react to my presentation – even though I had anticipated objections or questions they might ask. I might have been a little nervous, but I still showed up. My apprehensions were almost always over blown and I was able to handle the situation well. You may be going through a season of difficulty where it seems everyday there is a new problem instead of a solution to an old one. Each of these seasons is used by God to build faith and trust in both God and yourself. What you can accomplish often varies by your generation. The lessons of a teenager, for example, are far different that those of someone in their sixties. Just remember to show up every day. God will give you the right thoughts and words at just the right time.
