Habits can be good or bad. Whose advice are we following – someone with wisdom or one heading for an accident? People with good habits are generally trustworthy. Our bad habits can be annoying to the very people we care about. We need to listen to those people and reflect on how we got to where we are with our habits. Good habits can provide continuity to our lives. If we can be in the habit of listening to loved ones, we can sense when they’re troubled. They will have confidence in us because we have developed the habit of caring. Good habits live in truth.
