The first commandment is “Love the Lord your God with all your soul, with all your heart, with all your strength and with all your mind – and love your neighbor as yourself.” Are your neighbors just the people on your street? Everyone is your neighbor. The Golden Rule is important here – “Treat others the way you want to be treated.” Pretty simple. In this way, we will be blessed with the same mercy we give to others.
