Getting fit

Working on getting physically fit gets the endorphins released and the desire to lose some extra flesh increases. Working on getting emotionally fit can also help you lose some extras. Like extra anxiety or guilt So when you are disconnected mentally, when you are discouraged or when you are feeling insecure about the future start looking for ways to cut. Just like the mates on an old sailing vessel caught in a storm when things weren’t looking good they started tossing extra baggage – anything that was weighing down the ship that could help right it. We need to do the same – throw out the bad thoughts, toss the guilt, get rid of needless distractions, bail out the things we gorge on when we are struggling with problems and slim down our emotions. We make better decisions with our mind than our feelings.
