From yourself. Remember how, once Adam and Eve had sinned and realized they were naked, how they tried to hide from God? Until then, He wasn’t concerned about following them. But then, He asked them, “Where are you?” They realized they needed to be honest. Yes, we can hide from God, but we will be as miserable as Adam and Eve – because we ARE Adam and Eve! It will be when we hit rock bottom that we will want to call out to God. It would be so much easier if we never tried to hide our sins.
