One of my favorite vocalists of all time is Tracy Chapman. She wrote a heartbreaking song called “Fast Car”. The song is not about a fast car. It’s about dashed hopes. Above are words from the bridge of the song – words of hope. Hope for a better life. It didn’t happen for the girl in the song. Is it happening for you? If so, great! But don’t stop there. Don’t just live a routine life – be someone significant. The power from God that got you where you are can launch you to greatness. Now that you are regenerated, don’t just live an ordinary life.
