Habits are simply a pattern of behavior. We all have both good and bad habits. Good ones free us to be open to meaningful opportunities. Bad ones are easy to establish but hard to break. Right habits can lead to rewards in life as other people are attracted to apparent integrity. Bad habits often lead to confrontation by friends and loved ones.
